Geberit remote maintenance is quick and convenient in the event of problems. This means Geberit is never far away when you need help with your Geberit AquaClean shower toilet.
Here’s how Geberit remote maintenance works
1. Install the Geberit Home app on your smartphone
2. Connect the Geberit AquaClean shower toilet to the Geberit Home app via Bluetooth®
3. Call Geberit customer service
4. Start remote maintenance in the Geberit Home app and follow the instructions provided by Geberit customer service
Decide when Geberit can access your shower toilet
Geberit customer service only has access to your device while remote maintenance is active. You as the customer have control over starting and stopping the remote maintenance. Geberit cannot access the device without your consent. You must provide this consent again for each remote maintenance session.
